Every pork butt we have ever Smoaked here at the Smoak Shack is rubbed with our Barb-B-Que rub. Then as we cook the pork buts they are basted with our Qu-Tang sauce. As we chop our pork we also mix in some of the Qu-Tang Sauce into the meat. Many customers add The Boss sauce to our pulled pork.
