The POSCA 1M is known for its versatility, as its 0.7mm bullet tip is fine enough for writing, but dense enough for illustration - and due to its conical bullet shape with a 1mm base, it can be either used as a point or angled for a broader line. This makes it an ideal paint marker for precise colouring, linework, and signing completed artworks- outside of the art world, it's even used by beekeepers to mark their hives' Queens! The paint is non-toxic, water-based, and able to be both mixed and layered.Unlike a felt-tip, the tip of the 1M can be easily removed and washed under the tap if it ever gets blocked, stained or dried-out giving you the security of knowing your pen won't fail you when you need it. For even longer marker life, the tip can also be replaced with a new one.Permanent on porous surfaces and erasable on most smooth non-porous materials, your creations can be protected with a fixative varnish.
