The Story behind the Bird: "During my Central California Coast days in Cayucos there was a cheap, classical beach guitar I bought in Brazil during a 2005 surf trip and there was a Sharpie pen. The guitar was a canvas for Christian and friends for their art. On one particular day in 2008 that coincided with our Poseidon brand launching I drew a bird flying across the guitar. For some reason the bird hit a chord with me and I kept drawing the bird. First on Foam Trucker hats with colored Sharpies that was our first apparel/accessory product we every sold on our website.
