Service Description This test is a urine drug screen that is required by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) for employees in safety-sensitive positions. These employees mu st comply with illicit drug and prescription drug regulations according to the DOT. Testing can be done pre-employment, random, post-accident, or with reasonable suspicion. DOT drug testing involves a 5-panel screening for the following substances: Marijuana Cocaine Amphetamines Opioids Phencyclidine (PCP) 5-panel test $75 We understand that delays may happen.
