Our round post protector padding is ideal to wrap/cover any posts or stanchions safely and easily and is available in a variety of sizes, thicknesses and colours. Our round post protectors are an essential safety product, you will appreciate almost all facilities have some form of steel posts or stanchions situated within the building, these can be a problem if equipment is fitted nearby and a user could collide with them. As health and safety is increasingly important, adding padding to any exposed posts or stanchions is now of the utmost importance. If you are unsure what you require, please provide us with the post or stanchion dimensions and some photos and we can work out what you need and provide you with a cost for supply only or supply and installation. Typically, the post protectors are fitted to a height of either 1.8m or 2m (smaller sizes are available) from the floor level and wrap round the post/stanchion joining together using a velcro hook and loop system securely locking the post protectors in place. The round post protectors are available in a variety of widths, heights and are available in either 5cm or 7.5cm thicknesses. They feature a 4.5cm or 7cm thick (corresponding to the padding thickness options) low density closed cell cross linked polyethylene foam core which is ideal for shock absorbing. They are covered and bonded with a heavy-duty smooth PVC fabric. The PVC fabric covering is available in a variety of colours to match your facility's theme or club colours as well as bright colours so they stand out. They are also very easy to install with our velcro hook and loop fastening system, it is as simple as wrapping them round the post and fixing the hook and loop together.
