As the only Harvard-approved distributor of flyers and other print material, we can have your posters hanging in dorms, academic buildings, and public spaces. Posters are placed in the entrances of every student dormitory, on kiosks in Harvard Yard, and on public poster boards all throughout campus academic buildings. Posters will be placed on the day of distribution scheduled, and will be removed per College policy (view here). (Please note that Harvard Distribution is not liable for damage or removal of posters due to inclement weather or third parties.) Prices for material distribution do not include printing costs. The graduate route includes the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard Law School, Maxwell Dworkin and surrounding labs, Harvard Graduate School of Design, Dudley House, Harvard Divinity School, and Harvard Biolabs. Please see the total number of posters per route here. It's easy — place your order here, and when you're finished, drop off your materials at our office at 67 Mount Auburn St, Cambridge, MA, 02138. On the second floor of the Harvard Student Agencies building is a reception desk where you can leave your materials. Please make sure that your materials are delivered to us at least two days in advance of distribution. Late delivery of posters will result in a $50 rush fee.
