Our Starter Package includes popular soups and stews on the menu and is the perfect amount of food to have on hand for the first week postpartum. You get approximately 4 breakfasts and 12 lunch/dinners. Each meal is packed with organic, pasture-raised, and regenerative ingredients, cooked low-and-slow, frozen, ready to heat and enjoy! Each container is two servings and weighs approx. 1.75 lbs. That being said, some customers say this is three servings.
