We created this program for all those who are unable to work with us in person. We utilize all the same foundation principles that we use with our in-person clients. The course tak es you through concepts that teach you how to be able to look after your body for the rest of your life. We start with deep tissue work to hydrate the body’s fascia and reduce tension. From there, we incorporate static stability exercises, followed by dynamic stability workouts you will use to maintain your new position moving forward. 365 days access. Tools required: Ideally you'd have a long foam roller, myofascial release ball, lacrosse ball, swiss ball, bio feedback bands and ideally a glute resistance band, but you can get away with a simple foam roller you have at home.
