Bound with copper wire and densely packed with palm fiber bristles, this traditional cleaning brush is designed for scrubbing pots, pans and woks without damaging their surface. Fi rm enough to remove stuck-on residue yet gentle in use, it develops character over time through regular kitchen use. The brush can be refreshed as it wears by trimming the fibers back and unwinding the lower copper wire, extending its lifespan rather than replacing it outright.
