Description Stabilizes wine and prevents re-fermentation. Best used in conjunction with Potassium Metabisulphite. Add to any wine to prevent re- fermentation. Sorbate does not inhi bit or kill bacteria. Instructions: Add 1/2 tsp.(1.5g) per gallon (4L) of finished wine to prevent re-fermentation. Show more
