Pre-heat cooking oil to medium heat at about 160°C.2. Fry samosa directly from freezer (If there is some ice on the samosa, thaw for a few minutes to allow ice to melt).3. Fry both sides for about 2 to 3 min in total, until golden brown.Air fry/Bake:1. Place samosa in air fryer or oven without thawing.2. Drizzle some cooking oil over the samosa.3. Cook at 200°C for about 10 to 15 min until crispy and golden brown.*Note: Air frying/Baking will not produce the exact outcome as normal frying. A lower air frying/baking temperature will not produce a "crispy" skin.*Do not fully thaw the samosa as the skin will turn soft and stick to other samosas. 🚚 Delivered Frozen1.
