A dry farmhouse ale hopped exclusively with Mosaic and refermented with Brettanomyces. Concieved in collaboration with Prairie Artisan Ales in Oklahoma. 37,5 cl paper wrapped bottl e and 75 cl champagne bottle. 2021 version comes in 75 cl bottle with golden wrap and custom agraff and the 2022 version comes in a 75 cl bottle with metallic blue wrap and custom agraff.
