Named after Potton wood, an ancient woodland which covers around 211 acres in Bedfordshire and boasts mature ash, oak and maple trees in the plenty; the Potton table is one of our latest designs, designed in house by John Luff. We wanted to keep simplicity at the forefront, whilst exposing traditional joinery techniques, such as the wedged tenons through each leg and the dovetail joints in the underframe. The largest size of the Potton table that we offer in our collections will comfortably seat 10. However this design is great when squeezing a few extra people round for special occasions because of the inset angle of its legs. We love making the Potton table in English Ash with our clear oiled finish and a 32mm thick top to give it a light and contemporary feel. Show more
