The grapes are handpicked to small cases of 15kg to preserve the fruits quality and freshness. Regarding vinification, pre-fermentative maceration is carried out at low temperature followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. Ageing in stainless steel tanks with controlled micro-oxygenation. Ruby red color with violet tones. Aroma of red fruits like cherries, blackberries and cassis well integrated with soft balsamic notes and spices. Round tannins, showing a distinct finish. It is the ideal wine to accompany cheese and traditional Portuguese cuisine.
