Directions of use: Brush twice daily, with either a wet or dry brush dip your brush into the jar or pour a small amount of powder into the lid or into the palm of your hand to get a small coating of powder. Then brush your teeth and gums with the powder as per normal brushing. If you have bleeding, swollen or painful gums put a little powder on the area and leave there for 5 minutes before rinsing.
