The Power Centers attunement, founded by Reiki Master Tawan Chester, helps you identify the energy power centers (Dantian) within the body, enabling energy to flow more effectively between you and the Universe. Dantians, similar to chakras, are areas within the body that hold or concentrate large amounts of energy, as described in some Eastern teachings. Power Centers aims to teach you how to channel energies of other systems primarily through the Centre of Gravity Dantian, although all other Dantians may also be used.
