Three parts ship in the box: column, handle, and a mobile device holder that keeps a phone or tablet in view for the Power Plate app. The MOVE platform and the tablet are not included. Power Plate publishes no materials, dimensions, height range, weight, load rating or accessory warranty for the bar, and says only that assembly takes a few minutes. Fit is the part to get right. The bar is for the MOVE and no other Power Plate platform. It also cannot be combined with the standalone MOVE Power Shield, which Power Plate states plainly on both pages. A MOVE owner who wants the bar and the shield together buys the MOVE Stability Bar and Power Shield kit, which ships all four parts as one set. Power Plate attaches no model tag to this product, so its own shop-by-machine filter misses it; the compatibility line in the description is what to go by.
