Power Plate Power Plate Roller A vibrating foam roller with a wave-textured surface, sold in black. Power Plate has discontinued the red one, so black is the only color option now. It has three standard levels at 2,000, 2,700 and 3,700 vibrations per minute and a fourth rhythmic pulse mode that moves between 2,000 and 2,700. Runtime is about 3 hours from a 2 hour charge on a lithium battery, it charges over USB, and it shuts off on its own after 10 minutes. The roller measures 11 5/8 in. long by 3 3/4 in. high and weighs 1,300 g, or 2.9 lb. Power Plate publishes no width figure for it, and no packing list, so we print neither. It is CE and FCC marked, approved for carry-on, and covered by a one year hardware warranty. For small areas such as the feet and neck, the Power Plate DualSphere is the closer fit. Show more
