The POWER UP workshop is all about exercise. Understanding what works for women in midlife and making a game plan to suit you and keep you strong. Along with our diet its one of th e corner stones to staying healthy, not just through menopause but as we age. It really is non- negotiable! But pretty much all of the research done on exercise is done on men. I’m currently studying exercise that is specific to women our age and that benefits not just every aspect of our physical well being but also out mental and emotional health while also helping with all the challenging symptoms of Perimenopause and beyond. I'll run these sessions privately, at my studio or your home for groups of up to 10. The REST UP & RISE can be added or done at a different time.
