Available in a base set up to 40 pounds for each dumbbell (Stage 1) and then for expanded weight (Stages 2-4). Stage 2 (40-60 lbs), Stage 3 (60-80 lbs), and Stage 4 (80-100 lbs). All dumbbells are adjustable in 2.5 lb to 5 lb weight increments with a pair of included add-on weights, perfect for building strength while maintaining good form or micro loading.
