The Powerblock Sport bench features five easy-change positions ranging from flat through 30, 45 and 60 degrees to the military position. This low-profile, adjustable bench has a pa dded backrest and a two-position, padded seat that can be set flat or angled to keep you stable during each exercise ensuring that you won't slip forward while lifting. The seat and back pads are tapered providing additional comfort when performing exercises such as bicep curls, shoulder presses and dumbbell chest presses.
