After installation you should notice an immediate improvement in shifter feel and on/off throttle vehicle response due to significantly reduced front-to-back movement of the engine under on/off throttle conditions. The bushing is made from polyurethane as opposed to the OEM rubber bushing material which is much softer. The kit comes supplied with a specific stainless steel sleeve and a packet of copper grease/anti-seize.
