The unit can be surface-mounted using the included single-gang mount box or fitted flush into a standard back box. The LCD shows the current time, day of the week, program status and selected mode, with a green indicator confirming power. A button lock feature prevents accidental reprogramming once the schedule is set, while permanent memory reserve retains all programmed cycles even after a power cut. The boost function provides manual override in six preset intervals: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours or 6 hours, allowing temporary activation outside the programmed schedule without erasing stored programs.
