PPC Herbs Cough Plex – Herbal Remedies for Cough For the temporary relief of bronchial cough and the symptoms of cold and flu. Ingredients Description Strength Horehound leaf, Marrubium vulgare 1.5mL (equiv. dry 1.5g) Liquorice root, Glycyrrhiza glabra 500 microlitres (equiv. dry 500mg) Elderflower flower, Sambucus nigra 500 microlitres (equiv. dry 500mg) Thyme leaf, Thymus vulgaris 400 microlitres (equiv. dry 400mg) Also contains water, ethanol, glycerol, lemon essential oil and aniseed essential oil. Dosage Adults: Take 5mL three times daily. Children 3–12 years: Take 1–2.5mL three times daily. Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice. Shake bottle well before use. Can be diluted with water, fruit juice or other fluids if necessary and consumed immediately. Duration of use A maximum of 3 weeks continuous treatment only.
