Sent with two different end caps to choose from, the closed end cap gives a flush finish, while the pointed end caps replicate the staminate of the cattail. Both will prevent debris from entering the chime and affecting the sound produced, while still blending in seamlessly with nature. Surface mounted vs Ground install There are two ways to install this Percussion Play product: Surface mounted The leg is attached to a base plate, which is then fixed into the ground using anchors. This provides a brilliant level of stability whilst making it possible to move the product around with relative ease. Ground install The leg is directly embedded into the ground, providing excellent, long-lasting stability.
