PPS CF Filament Produced By Nature3d A premium engineering filament combining PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) with chopped carbon fibres. PPS offers exceptional heat resistance, dimens ional stability, and broad chemical resistance, while the carbon fibre reinforcement adds stiffness and lowers warp. Suited to demanding functional parts: under-hood automotive, aerospace fixtures, chemical processing components, and high-temperature electrical housings. Print profile High-temperature engineering material. Requires an all-metal hotend rated for sustained 320 °C+, a hardened steel or wear-resistant nozzle (carbon fibre is abrasive), an enclosed and heated build chamber, and a heated bed at 110-130 °C.
