During both World Wars, this phenomenal little breed was almost completely wiped out - but a handful of dedicated breeders helped them spring back, and thank goodness they did! With their short noses and squashed faces, this toy breed can create some remarkably human expressions. Be warned, though - they have a typical small dog attitude, and can get themselves into trouble by thinking they’re a match for much larger breeds! The artwork is by artist and co-founder, Emil Tiismann.
