Today we’re clearing out our 7 major chakras — the energy portals of our body 🔴🟠🟡🟢🔵🟣⚪️ These centers connect our 3D/physical existence with our higherSelf/soul (and beyond what we physically see/touch/hear etc.). Each chakra vibrates at a certain frequency that correlates to a physical, emotional and mental aspect within ourself. Our chakras are optimized and working for us when they’re active, healthy, and clear. When they’re blocked or fatigued we start to feel down or low or negative or stuck. Whenever we feel blocked in Ana area of our life, it’s a good time and cue to first unblock the centers and layers.
