The product will start to gel (cure) in about 50 minutes, this means it has to be in place before the 50 minute period. It will be set hard in 4 hours and full strength will be achieved in 48 hours. To answer your question regarding mixing in freezing temperature or very hot temperatures. Freezing Temperature – the product will be very difficult to mix and might even be brittle and the curing time will be extended exponentially, thus I would not recommend to mix the product in freezing temperatures. The best would be to either mix where it is slightly warmer or place the product in the sun for a while, even keeping it in your pocket will increase the temperature. Very Hot Temperature – the product will be very soft and will be easy to mix. The curing will also be affected and will be the opposite than in the freezing temperature thus the product will cure much quicker and will not allow for a prolonged mixing period and will have to be placed in position quite quickly."
