Description: Prawn paste chicken also known as har cheong gai is a popular tze char dish. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, our prawn paste have known to be the perfect fried chicken dish for every occasion! Each packet is good for 2-3 pax with 15 pieces of bite-sized boneless chicken thigh or 13 pieces of middle wings. Cooking Instruction: Simply fry or air fry it and you are done! If you want an added level of crisp, coat it with our own crispy flour (provided with each other). Storage: Our pasta & marinades are all packed in vacuum packs!
