RETURN POLICY: ALL Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange. We do not issue refunds back to the original form of payment. Store credit will be issued and will not expire. Store credit will not include original shipping costs paid. An order cannot be refunded to original payment once it is placed. Order cancellations will be issued a store credit. Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, used, opened, or damaged in any way. All tags and original packaging must still be attached. Gift Cards, Jewelry, Final Sale/Clearance, food, personalized, or holiday-related items (including apparel, decor, and gifts) are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. If an item is discounted at 30% or more, it is considered to be a clearance product and will be final sale. Holiday returns must be received by January 15th. Customer is responsible for all shipping on returned items. If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return, or an item is returned due to the address being undeliverable, we will hold your item for 14 days. You must contact [email protected]. You will be charged a $5 shipping fee for the item to be resent. After 14 days, your item will be considered unclaimed and will be donated to charity.
