This is a deposit towards your total order. The balance will be calculated once the beef goes to the butcher. Anything ordered after our June scheduled butcher date is a special or der. Please contact us for our last June butcher date or special order information. Product Details Place an order for a delicious grass fed and finished beef quarter, half or whole. We have various butcher dates, please contact us for specific dates! You will be able to give your own cut and wrap instructions to the butcher with half or whole orders. Quarters are cut family style with 3-4 lb roasts, two 1" steaks per package, 1 lb burger and stew meat and similar sizes for all the rest. Your deposit holds your beef and butcher date. $5.00/lb hanging weight plus processing at the butcher. Once the beef is butchered and we have a hanging weight, you will pay separately for the remaining purchase price and processing fees. Normal beef is appx 25% steaks, 25-30% other cuts, 45-50% burger. Burger is 85/15. Delivery Pick up in Roseburg or Winston. Delivery available within Oregon, Northern California and Southern Washington for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote. We also offer Alaska Air Cargo at buyers expense.
