The aroma of the dry leaves is a warming, confectionary smell - it reminds me of the candied pecans you find in a Buc-ee's. When you add boiling water, it gains a sharp sweetness with the candied pecans underneath it all. As a fresh white tea, the flavor is simple and pleasant. My first tasters found it calmed them to drink, and we found that the longer it steeps, the initial crispness fades off and is replaces by a warming flavor with a tangy sweet aftertaste. Show more
