Details please refer to Shipping/Returns below.** This mini hat is made using various cotton fabric, adorned with delicate/cotton lace and finely shimmering velvet ribbons around the trim. The design is simple yet elegant, allowing for additional decorations to be added according to personal taste for an even more gorgeous look. A U-shaped six-tooth clip is sewn inside to prevent the hat from slipping off, and it can also be secured by tying the inner ribbons under the chin or behind the neck. Since the fabric is made of pure cotton, small dark specks may appear on the hat — these are natural cotton seeds commonly found in cotton textiles. Size: Head circumference 51.8 cm, brim 3.5 cm, height 3.5 cm, ribbon length 55 cm. NOTE: Please refer to the Flower Frame Blue for the final design and size of the hat.
