For custom designs on our Emerge Elite, custom sublimated team gear, we always recommend a pre-production sample in order to ensure colors and artwork is as envisioned. The cost of the sample covers the setup of the printer template file and pre-production sample run. Pre-prodution samples typically take between 15-20 business days, varying, depending on artwork complexity and current production timelines. ***Please note***If an Emerge team member did not setup your art file and adjustments or design updates needed, you may be charged a setup fee.
