Pre–Echo Press is happy to present our first ever holiday fundraiser: PRE-XMAS, a holiday themed mix-tape (cassette) by NYC based DJ and musician Nate Harrington. All funds raised from the sale of PRE-XMAS will be donated to Mr Tahir's Surgical Mission to Gaza https://www.justgiving.com/page/mr-tahir-1713732798252?newPage=true Harrington and Pre-Echo Press founder Matt Connors first met more than 12 years ago when both were working behind the counters at influential L.A. cultural establishments; Connors at South Willard and Harrington at Family Books (RIP). The idea for a holiday mixtape emerged out of a mutual appreciation for beloved oddball Christmas collections of the past (most notably by famed Belgian label, Les Disques du Crepuscule ( https://music.youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_nWzu5eczOxLDxTt6f8uL06GWsvPIAJ_xY&feature=share) , and Nate's mix does not disappoint as an addition to the canon.
