The arm pad is set at a 45-degree angle and adjusts in height from 33" to 43" in 1" increments. The seat pad adjusts in height from 18-1/2" to 24-1/2" in 1" increments. Perfect for use with a preacher curl bar and weights or isolate each arm by using dumbbells. The maximum weight capacity for this bench is 500 lbs.
