The palate is plum skin, raw vani lla, white chocolate covered pretzels, leather, barrel char, hints of smoke, ground pepper, cinnamon, and lingering oak. Long leathery finish with lingering notes of baking spice and ground pepper. About: Premier Drams was born from the expertise of Bill Thomas. Bill is the owner and whiskey curator of the legendary Jack Rose Dining Saloon in Washington DC. Jack Rose is always in the Top 25 best whiskey bars in the world. Bill has been instrumental in growth of American whiskey for close to 2 decades. But, this is his first foray into his own brand. Because of Bill's relationships he was able to source from places few have access to. Premier Drams contract distills barrels and age them at these renowned distilleries.
