DTF Ink – 1 Liter is intended for compatible Direct-to-Film printing workflows where dedicated DTF ink is required as part of the transfer production process. Before use, confirm that the ink is appropriate for your printer, printhead, film, and overall DTF production setup. How DTF Ink Fits Into the Printing Process DTF ink is used during the printing stage before transfer powder, curing, and heat application. Each part of the workflow should be selected with compatibility in mind. Prepare the artwork: Set up the design according to your printing workflow. Print onto DTF film: Use compatible DTF ink and film for the printing stage. Apply transfer powder: Add the appropriate adhesive powder according to your production process. Cure the transfer: Follow the curing requirements for the materials and equipment being used. Apply to the garment: Follow the correct transfer and heat-press instructions for the finished application. Use Compatible DTF Supplies DTF ink should be used as part of a coordinated printing workflow rather than treated as a standalone material. For roll-fed DTF printing setups, Premium DTF Film Rolls provide a related film option for compatible equipment. After printing, Premium DTF Transfer Powder is used during the adhesive stage of the DTF production process. Check Printer and Ink Compatibility Printer systems can use different ink requirements and maintenance procedures. Confirm compatibility before adding ink to a printer or ink system. Before use, check: Your printer model The printhead and ink system The film being used The printer manufacturer's ink requirements The maintenance procedure for the equipment Plan Ink Use Around Your Production Setup The appropriate ink workflow depends on the equipment, artwork, film, powder, curing method, and transfer process being used. Avoid assuming that settings or procedures used with one printer will automatically apply to another DTF system. Store and Handle According to Product Requirements Follow the storage and handling instructions provided for the ink and printing equipment. Keep the product managed according to the requirements of your DTF workflow rather than applying general storage assumptions that may not match the specific formulation. Before Starting Production Confirm that your ink, film, powder, printer, and curing process are suitable for use together before beginning a production run. Building the workflow around compatible materials gives you a clearer starting point for DTF transfer production and routine printer operation.
