We've packaged up our three best 2015 Reserve Pinot Noir Our superb premium Estate grown wine from hand picked fruit shows notes of dark cherry with a hint of spicy whole bunch cha racteristics. Barrel fermented in French Oak (30% new). 2016 Sparkling Made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir and crafted using the Traditional Method with minimal dosage, this fine dry sparkling wine exhibits bursts of citrus and a well balanced textured finish. Complexity will continue to develop.Hand disgorged from October 2017. 2015 Reserve Chardonnay Our superb premium Estate grown wine from hand picked fruit is a traditional full bodied Chardonnay. Golden straw in colour, with notes of melon, it is an exceptional food accompaniment. Barrel fermented in French Oak (20% new). Show more
