Premium Heel Wedges align the position of your heels in shoes, reducing shoe wear, stabilizing the heel, and alleviating sore heels and ankles. Insert Premium Heel Wedges into shoes to correct pronation or over supination and increase ankle stability. An adhesive may be used (not supplied) to fix the Premium Heel Wedges in place, or you can slip them beneath shoe insoles. Premium Heel Wedges conform to the shape of shoe heel contours and are intended for use in enclosed shoes. Made of firm, natural rubber beveled to a slant with a tan leather top cover to help the rubber wedge stay in place. Right and left are marked to be used on the medial aspect of the heel, but the wedges may be reversed to be used on the lateral side. 1 pair per pack. DIRECTIONSPlace inserts in footwear with the “wedge” facing downward and the rounded end positioned snugly in the heel area of each shoe.
