Premium Pallet Delivery Options: A three-hour window within the span of 10am – 5pm (Eg 1-4pm) for £21. A specific delivery time (+/- 30mins) for £41. These premium options can be purchased here. In the unlikely event that there is visible damage to the parcel or pallet packaging, please indicate this to the driver. For pallet deliveries, also note the damage on the delivery paperwork. If parts are damaged or missing in transit, please let us know within 24hrs of the delivery time, this way we can claim for damages with the carrier. Beyond this time, we can't pursue a claim and we'll assume all parts have been delivered without damage. We also offer collection from our workshop in Lewes, East Sussex.
