Cancellation & Refund• Full refund: 60+ days before• 50% fee: 30–59 days before• 75% fee: 14–29 days before• No refund: Within 14 days• Rescheduling is possible if requested 14+ days in advance (subject to availability)• No refunds for natural disasters, but credit will be given Weather• Light or Moderate Weather: The tour will proceed as planned.• Severe weather: If the BOM forecast shows a 50% medium chance of at least 3mm of rain during your session time, you may reschedule at no additional cost.• Reschedule Only: Refunds are not available for weather-related cancellations. Guests may reschedule to any available date within 2 years from the original booking.• Final decision: Floating Picnic will make the final decision on whether a tour proceeds or is rescheduled based on safety and weather conditions.• Customer Cancellations: If a customer chooses to cancel instead of rescheduling, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
