Very simple, it is an additionnal microfiltration step of our best in class whey, from genuine milk coming from France Brittany and Normandy farms.The milk is harvested locally, then filtrated and concentrated all within a few miles radius. With our Isolate, what you get is a more concentrated protein content, reaching up to 92% protein, and close to no carbohydrate lef which means close to no lactose inside our Isolate. (Less than 0,15% for 30g dose) Of course we keep all the ammino acids needed and it does keep a very pleasant natural texture whether you mix it with water, vegetal milk, or beer (kidding - never spoil beer). Our Isolate serves all types of athletes and practitioners, whether looking for the highest protein rate content or needing to be cautious with lactose content.
