Includes: 1 – 15ml of Prep/Bond, Base Coat, Activator and Top Coat for dip liquids. Working one finger at a time, apply a layer of Base to clean and dry nails. While the basecoat i s still wet, dip nail into dip powder. Repeat until you get your desired color. Apply activator coat after base and color coats are applied. Work on one nail at a time for best results. Allow to fully dry before buffing and shaping. Step 1: Primes and dehydrates for maximum lasting effects.
