Includes splicing reels with new head & tail and film cleaning by one of our lab technicians. Prep with Markers: Basic prep with the addition of leader between every roll. +$5 / roll File Stops: Getting each roll as its own individual file. Includes prep with leader between every roll. +$15/roll Prep with UnPrep: Returning each roll back on its original packaging (for archival film) or each reel in its own box (for original film) after scanning. Includes basic prep with leader between every roll. +$20/roll File Stops with Unprep: Getting each roll as its own individual file. Includes prep with leader between every roll, and returning each roll back to its original packaging (for archival film) or each reel in its own box (for original film) after scanning. +$25 / roll Hard Drive Shuttle Fee: Cost to shuttle your digital files from our hard drive to yours, if a hard drive is not present at the time of scanning. TLC Fee (per labor hour): Some arrive will have excessive torn perfs, moldy film, splices that exceed 1 per reel, film that needs to be reversed, or fixed in any way beyond our normal prep and clean service. Should we run into any issues once in prep, we will notify you before proceeding if your job needs TLC. $150 per labor hour. Meta Data: Metadata is a document that will include a collection of information about your archive. We will arrange the film by type (Super 8, Regular 8, 16mm, etc.), put them in a sequential order of your choice (by number, date, event, ), write down all title information or notes on the film boxes, coordinate which rolls will be prepped onto which boxes together, write down twin check & file information so you have a cross reference when reviewing files. +$4/ roll https://www.pro8mm.com/pages/meta-data
