Don't underestimate how hard these are. Very few people can do full press ups with perfect form. We suggest you scale these - it's all about the height. We've used a box to demonst rate this but you can use a table, worktop, arm of a sofa but you may want to start with a wall and move your feet further away to find a challenging spot. Like all these things, it is always better to go slightly more challenging and less reps but also the trick is to keep moving so see what works best for you.
