Bringing this popular class to the people of Ocean Grove, this creative morning is all about slowing down, playing with nature’s prettiest details, and walking away with your own show-stopping floral cake. 🌸 You’ll learn: – How to stack and cover a 4-layer cake with buttercream– Buttercream decorating techniques– How to handle and place edible pressed flowers– Advice on how to store your cake or how to safely freeze it for up to 3 months– Tips for styling and finishing a beautiful cake 🍰 What’s included: – One 5-inch vanilla buttercake (baked for you, ready to decorate)– Silky smooth vanilla bean buttercream and the recipe to take home– A selection of edible pressed flowers– All tools, materials, and packaging– Expert advice and good company No experience needed — just bring your love for cake, flowers and some creativity! You’ll leave with your own floral cake in a gift box and the skills to create more at home.
