As pressure is applied, the valve opens progressively, allowing the coffee to flow into the cup below. No plunger, no complicated technique—just a straightforward brewing ritual that consistently delivers satisfying results. Prestina features a permanent stainless steel filter, eliminating the need for paper filters while allowing the coffee's natural oils and flavors to pass through. The result is a rich, smooth cup with satisfying body and texture. Wide openings and a minimal number of components make filling, cleaning, and reassembly quick and convenient, encouraging everyday use. For optimal results, we recommend using medium-ground coffee.
