Join us for our Monday morning circuit bootcamp session. Approximately a 50 minute all-female class. No need to print anything - we will add your name to the register when you buy this ticket. The class will begin at 10:30am. Please park on Highroyds Drive, Menston LS29 6AE (turn onto Highroyds Drive at the traffic lights close to St Marys School) Don't go beyond the tennis courts on Highroyds Drive - you have gone too far! Look for us at the tennis courts. Please bring water and wear layers of clothing that you can add/take away.
